Our Presale Consultation is designed for our clients who are wanting to get their home ‘sale’ ready, but not wanting to have it styled by a stylist. For a small investment of $300+gst, one of our fully qualified stylists will meet with you at your property for a comprehensive walk through consultation, which usually takes around 2 hours to complete.
Our Presale Consultation will help you understand what is needed to engage potential buyers when they view your property. We consider the flow of the spaces, positioning of artwork and furniture and marketing angles for photography. We also create additional living spaces such as a study or reading nook where we can.

- up to 2 hour consultation with one of our fully qualified stylists;
- detailed report emailed to you within 48 hours of visiting your property;
- checklist suggestions on how to present your property to maximise its potential and make it stand out from the competition;
- recommendations for any improvements required to the property, together with paint colours and tips, tricks and ideas for furniture and accessories placement;
- advice on flooring and window treatments;
- visual assessment of external areas and tips for preparing these areas.
