Our ‘Essentials’ package is a popular choice among our budget conscious clients and for Brisbane’s one and two bedroom apartment market. Our package prices start at just $2000 for a 1 bedroom property fully furnished.  We offer flexible hire terms from one week to two years.  Note that our standard hire period is for six weeks which includes two weeks free of charge and an option to extend on a discounted weekly basis thereafter.

DELUXE

Our ‘Deluxe’ package is popular among clients wanting a more luxurious fitout.

We offer flexible hire terms from one week to two years.  Note that our standard hire period is for six weeks which includes two weeks free of charge and an option to extned on a discounted weekly basis thereafter.

LUXURY

Our ‘Luxury’ package is designed for builders, developers and clients with properties where a high end fitout is required.

We offer flexible hire terms from one week to two years.  Note that our standard hire period is for six weeks which includes two weeks free of charge and an option to extned on a discounted weekly basis thereafter.

The process

Acceptance of Quote

Once the quote has been accepted, we schedule an install date. You will receive an invoice for payment and a copy of our Terms and Conditions Hire. Approximately one week out from the install date, one of our stylists will visit the property for a final walk through and measure up prior to selections being made.

Removal of Hire Items

Congratulations!! The property has sold. As soon as we are notified of the property’s sale, we will organise a date with you for the furniture and accessories to be collected by our team.

We will contact you on install day to let you know when we are leaving our warehouse and to advise an ETA to the property. Once onsite, our team carefully move the furniture and accessories into the property. Our stylists can then begin the transformation. Generally, we like to allow one full day per install with photos scheduled for the following day.
